School Uniform Policy

The Compass Academy Charter School Board of Trustees has established a school uniform as the proper mode of dress for the Charter School. All students are required to wear a uniform every day unless specifically excused by the school.

• The uniform is comprised of the following:
• Khaki pants/shorts/jumpers/skorts
• Navy short or long sleeve polo shirt w/insignia
• Sneakers or brown or black dress shoes
• White or navy socks
• Navy Crew neck sweatshirt
• Navy sweater
• No crocs, sandals, or flip flops
• No hoodies
• No sweatpants

• Uniform tops are to be purchased through Cheryl's Uniforms in Vineland.
  
• An exception has been made that pants can be purchased through retail stores as long as the khaki color is kept consistent. Under no circumstances should khaki colored cargo pants or shorts be worn. Pants are to be of the 'Docker', style.
• All tops (long and short sleeve polos, sweatshirts, sweaters, and jumpers) are to have the appropriate CACS insignia monogrammed or silk screened on them.
• Shoes should be closed toe dress shoes (brown or black) and/or sneakers. Winter boots or rain boots may be worn on the way to school and when leaving, but it is expected that students will bring a change of shoes with them for the school day.
